This was the mistake which I did with my first job, and then I had quit within six months and whats worse was, I was not able to change my mind for the next six months and I lost many good jobs that offered me lesser pay but better career. Another I faced is that companies started asking my previous salary and the management would say that cannot offer the same pay, even if i am ready to for any salary package. So don't look for big numbers, you will get as you get experience.
